I'm not sure exactly what happened, but since yesterday was the last day Charlotte and Sophie were staying with me they decided we should go out and have a drink. Yes, exactly. I believe I danced on top of the bar at some point, and one of my shoes is mysteriously missing.
That's not the worst part though.

WARDED TO MWP.This week is giving me such a headache. That said, congratulations to everyone who received an Order of Merlin. I don't care whether or not you think you deserve it, it's still an accomplishment. And if you would all kindly stop your bicker-
Apologies if your ears are still ringing from my sisters' yelling yesterday, by the way. They can be a bit enthusiastic. I'll be curious to see how long I'll survive with the both of them camping on my living room floor. When I got home this morning they were already reorganising my kitchen cupboards because the plates are not supposed to be next to the glasses, apparently.

Going back to said strategies, I'm reading a book that describes all spells commonly and not-so-commonly cast on brooms, and I may have found something we can use. However, it would be good to know how many of us are a) in the possession of a broom (if so, what type), and b) somewhat skilled at flying. And by somewhat skilled I mean "not likely to fall off".

Sooo, it's been a busy week, huh? How I'm going to be managing Reconstruction duties on top of my usual work schedule, I'm not sure yet, but I'm excited for tomorrow. I asked a friend of the family to fix up those T-shirts Polly mentioned, so at least we'll be working in style.
As for my day job, I have recently been promoted from a grade one intern to a grade two intern, which means things are about to become a lot more interesting. Until now we've mostly been learning about the theory behind broom-making, but now we're finally going to see some real action. Don't get me wrong, visiting stores is nice, and learning exactly what Charms are involved in making a broom hover is absolutely fascinating, but I can't wait to actually get my hands dirty. So to speak, of course.
Sunday morning. I suppose I should go clean my flat now, but this chair is way too comfortable for my own good.
